The following time zones are known by the Insomnia Driver.

AET Austrailian Eastern Standard Time
AWT Australian Western Standard Time
MT Moscow Time
CET Central European Time
GMT Greenwich Mean Time
BST British Summer Time
AST Atlantic Standard Time
EST Eastern Standard Time
CST Central Standard Time
MST Mountain Standard Time
PST Pacific Standard TIME

Other timezones are easily added, but we need to know the name, abbreviation,
and the offset from one of the time zones listed above.  Mail ARCH with that
information.
