How It Works
The reset link is valid for one hour, tied to one character, and can only be used once. For safety, wizard/admin characters are not reset through this page.
1. Enter DetailsUse the character name and the email address saved on that character.
2. Check MailThe email contains a link and a six digit code. The link fills the code automatically.
3. Pick PasswordEnter the character name and choose a password with at least 8 characters, a capital letter and a symbol.
